POWERLIFTING

Squat

Monolift squat racks remove the walkout portion of the squat and allow lifers to squat in place. We also have 5 other stations for squatting, along with a variety of barbells.

Bench

We have 2 competition style bench presses. This is really determined by the pad distance from the ground and the width. We also have a variety of barbells to train the press in different ways.  

Deadlift

Deadlift

We have a competition deadlift bar and a platform for picking things up and putting them down. We also have power bars that are stiff for training for federations that only use that style.

Coaching Benefits

This is the complete package for anyone who competes or would like to. A coach will work with you in every aspect of training for an event in the near or distant future.
