Technology is extremely helpful; we use a very accurate Ultrasonic scanner to test body composition so that we have an understanding of the changes happening in the body with exercise. This scanner can determine overall lean muscle mass which tells muscle growth since beginning the program, along with body fat percentage which tells us the amount of body fat being lost.
We also have a breath analyzer machine to determine your calorie expenditure at rest and while exercising to help with dieting plans and how much food can be eaten to reach your goals!
